‘Angel’, the very popular series was a spin off of another popular TV Show ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’. Storyline followed Angel, one of the most ferocious vampires in the history. For several years, he had been a cause of pain, chaos and destruction which came to an end after he killed a gypsy girl. As a result, the infuriated gypsies restored his human soul to him as a punishment for killing one of their members. Angel’s restored soul started tormenting him with remorse of his actions. To find redemption, he started helping those who were in need. Thus, in the four seasons he resided in Los Angeles, working as a private detective and labored for the upliftment of the deprived and to rescue them from evil doers. Series ran for five consecutive seasons on The WB network. The steady decrease in ratings brought Angel to an end after the fifth season.
