Burn Notice, an American Comedy Drama, was premiered on June 28, 2007 on USA Network. The show moves around Michael Westen, a secret agent who has been issued a burn notice for some unexplained reasons. Burn Notice means that the spy has been fired and declared unreliable. Michael set on a quest, after coming back to his hometown Miami, to find out the ones who have issued him the Burn Notice. The biggest obstacle for Michael is that he’s without any contacts, money and information and is under constant surveillance. Michael starts working as a freelance spy to make ends meet. Helping him in his journey are: Fiona, Michael’s ex girlfriend and an ex-IRA agent; and Sam Axe, a former Navy SEAL. Another important character of series is Madeline, the overbearing mother of Michael who remains oblivious about the profession of her son.

Burn Notice kicked off its third season on June 4, 09.
