All the events are set in an unsuccessful Irish bar, Paddy’s Pub, in South Philadelphia and it centers on a group of friends who run the bar.  The major characters of the series are Charlie, Mac, and Dennis and Dee. It follows them as they deal with the issues with help from their hilariously unconventional approach towards life.
