It revolved around Mick St. John, a private investigator who had been turned into a vampire by his bride Caroline. It happened fifty-five years ago on the wedding night of the couple. With time he developed feelings for Beth Turner, a mortal woman. The series followed Mick as he struggled with his feelings towards her and dealt with the other immortals in the city. Moonlight was cancelled after first season only.
