The story begins as Ryoma joins the Seishun Academy, a private school known for its highly qualified tennis players. After joining the academy, Ryoma proves his tennis skills by defeating the upperclassmen and secures a place as a regular on the team. The team has a single goal to win the National Middle School Tennis Championship and all the team members learn latest and complex skills to accomplish it.
