Today morning would be my worse one in a long time. RIP Patrick Dempsey is what covered my computer screen the first thing in the Hollywood gossip section. My heart sank wondering if the magnanimously good-looking Dr. McDreamy is dead. Has another gorgeous face from Hollywood bid goodbye the world forever? And Hollywood medical miracles have really come to an end? All these questions stormed my mind while I continued reading this.
My shoulders drooped in sorrow and sadness after reading the news about Grey’s Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey’s death. He was just 46 and too good looking to have left earth and depart to heaven. He couldn’t do that to us, the Grey’s Anatomy fans, not yet, is what my heart repeated.
Finally while reading the sad reports I reached the part, which broke the news that this was just another twitter death prank.
Yes! To my relief and respite, this was just a bad joke played on twitter by an unknown account on twitter. Well, the hoaxer should be taken to task for playing with the hearts and feeling of innumerable fans of the star.
No need to start mourning or send condolences, as the actor is fit and healthy and doing good while living the life of stardom, which actually got a boost with this hoax.
The man himself confirmed against the prank and the news, which was spreading frenzy, by tweeting to his fans assuring that he is alive and not dead as hoax message on twitter tried to claim.
The account that sent out the not so funny message is unverified and claimed the hunk’s death due to the reason of being gravely injured. These injuries were suggested to have resulted from a stunt that was intended and went wrong while performing.
But the message was completely false and has just made the star even more popular on twitter and other places.
Well, this isn’t the first time such hoax and causalities have occurred. He just joined the least of recently departed yet alive stars like, Eddie Murphy, Rowan Atkinson, Miley Cyrus, Demi Moore and Paul McCartney.
