Jenelle Evans one of the main characters of the reality show Teen Mom is facing a tough time. It isn’t her baby’s cackles and howls that are keeping her up but this time it’s the legal issues that is driving the girl crazy and giving her sleepless nights.

Struggling hard with her early life pregnancy and delivery she has travelled a long route of growing up quite early. But what has landed her up in the new series of troubles?

The celeb candidly spoke about her arrests to a popular online news portal in an attempt to clear up her side.

Evans has faced the arrest two times within a week with the charges of harassing her roomies.

Evans for her first arrest was charged with the allegation of harassing Hannah her 19 year old roomie through phone calls and making threatening claims to her. The tumultuous arrest has caused Hannah grave anxiety as she clears her stand.

Evans denies the basis of the charges as claims to have not been in touch with both her roomies for over a month. She also stated that the girl Hannah doesn’t have a cell phone which could make her accessible to these alleged harassing phone calls that are supposedly made by Evans to her. Adding to her justifications she also reported to have moved out of the place to a new house which is 45 minutes to her previous home with the two of them.

Evans second arrest was reported to happen due to a violation that she had committed against the protection order of domestic violence. This was later denied by Duffy and claimed the real reason to be that Evans had put a bad picture of Hannah on her page of a famous social networking site and she completely rebuffed the request to remove it. While Evans reported it to be a work of one of her four administrators of her fan page.  

The claims and allegations have victimized the poor soul to anxiety and depression and the only help she has is her shrink.
